It’s safe to say that everyone experiences ups and downs at some point in their lives, but for those living with depression, almost all aspects of daily life can be affected. Whether it is work, personal relationships or physical health, depression affects the entire body and the mind.
Join us on July 28th at our third Sarnia Speaks dialogue as we discuss the different forms of depressive mood disorders, including, but not limited to, postpartum depression and bipolar disorder. Listen to the stories of our featured panel members and after share your own during an open floor.
The open floor is intended to be a safe space for anybody who wants to listen, contribute and/or learn, and is moderated by a professional with experience in the field.
Note: this dialogue is not intended to be a platform to ask for or give medical advice.
Free admission, no RSVP or tickets required. Event made possible by the generous support of Awesome Foundation Sarnia.
