As we continue to fight the stigma surrounding mental illness, there’s no doubt that we still have work to do. It’s one thing to say “I have a mental illness,” but what does that really mean?
Join us on October 20 as we continue the dialogue started at the first Sarnia Speaks: Mental Health. We’ll discuss the nitty gritty, day to day struggles of living with a mental illness while listening to the stories of our featured panel members and/or sharing your own.
This open dialogue is intended to be a safe space for anybody who wants to listen, contribute or learn, and is moderated by a professional with experience in the field.
NOTE: this dialogue is not intended to be a platform to ask for or give medical advice.
